Tommys Chop Shop was created by accident when a few friends kept hanging in the Just Like Papa garage, sitting on coolers drinking whiskey, talking shit and having a laugh. After a few people started joining in on the shenanigans, it was decided to open the space to the public and see what would follow. What has resulted is a comfortable neighbourhood bar with friendly people, good music, great cocktails and a healthy collection of bourbons and whiskeys.
