What is Cape Town Cocktail Week?
CTCW is a citywide festival running from 10–16 December 2025. Participating venues offer festival cocktails at R50 alongside events, pop-ups and brand activations.
How do I take part?
Buy a ticket via Quicket. Redeem it for a wristband during the festival to access the CTCW menus and any festival-specific offers.

Which venues are involved?
40 leading bars, restaurants, distilleries and shops are involved. See them all on our Venues page.
Are the R50 cocktails available all day, every day?
Venues operate at their usual hours, with the CTCW menu available throughout CTCW.
Does my ticket last the whole week, or just 1 day?
The whole week! Just keep your wristband on.
Can I go to the venues and events without a wristband?
Sure! You need a wristband to unlock the CTCW menu, however. Certain events may require wristbands – event listings will specify if so.
How many cocktails can I order at the R50 price?
There’s no fixed limit from the festival, but venues may apply their own responsible-service guidelines. Some may limit the R50 serve to one per person. You cannot order discounted cocktails for people who don’t have wristbands.
Are there non-alcoholic options?
Yes, all venues will have non-alcoholic beverages available, and some will serve mocktails. Please check with them individually.
Is there an age restriction?
You must be 18 or older to purchase a wristband or order alcoholic drinks.
Do I need to book with venues?
Food-focused outlets may require bookings for tables – please check with them individually.
Are credit cards accepted at all venues?
Most venues accept card payments, but this cannot be guaranteed. Check ahead if needed.
Is transport included?
No. Plan your own travel between venues. Public transport and taxis services are recommended.
