Hope Provisions Store

Hope Provisions Store is the home of Hope Distillery in Cape Town’s City Bowl. It’s a neighbourhood cocktail bar, tasting room and bottle shop located in the new Longkloof Precinct in Gardens.

Created by the team behind Hope Distillery, Cape Town’s first craft distillery, the Provisions Store showcases Hope’s range of modern African spirits through classic cocktails and curated tasting experiences.

By day, Hope Provisions offers a relaxed space to explore the Hope spirits range, from gins to vodka, rhum agricole, agave spirit and bottled cocktails. Guests can enjoy self-guided tasting flights, including gin, Martini, Negroni and agave experiences, designed to make spirits approachable and engaging.

As the afternoon turns into evening, the focus shifts to cocktails. The bar serves a curated menu of classic cocktails, spritzes and G&Ts, all built around spirits distilled just a few kilometres away. Many of the cocktails are pre-batched at the distillery to ensure quality and consistency.
